At last, the off-season is over. It is time for the pads to come on, for the two-a-days to begin and for the make-up of the 2010 Dolphins to come into focus. There’s a lot to look forward to, a long list of players and issues that deserve our serious attention.

Douglas is a veteran of ten NFL seasons, having spent time with the Baltimore Ravens (1999, 2001-04), New Orleans Saints (2000), San Francisco 49ers (2005–07), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2008), Baltimore Ravens (2008) and New York Jets (2009).

The Miami Dolphins have made changes to the team’s training camp
practice schedule for Wednesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 5 as
well as Tuesday, August 10.

The afternoon practice on Wednesday, August 4, originally scheduled in
the bubble for 5:00 p.m. has been moved to the outdoor practice field
at 8:00 p.m. and will be open to the public.

Additionally, the lone practices on Thursday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 10, have been moved from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
